The Hobbit book review

I first came into contact with The Hobbitbecause of the film, and I thought it was very exciting after watching it. However, after reading the book, I found that the content in the book is more real than the content in the film, more striking.

Although many people regard it as a fairy tale because there are many amazing creatures in the book, such as elves, dwarves, hobbits and so on. But I don't think so. I think he's telling a wonderful, true epic story. Just like history, the history of the Middle Earth century.

The main character of the book is Bilbo, a Hobbit. He was not handsome or brave like the heroes in other stories. In fact, he is just the opposite. Bilbo, like every hobbit, is short and small, like peace and quiet, did not like adventure. But one day Gandalf and the thirteen dwarves came to his house and set him on an unexpected journey.

I admire Bilbo for his courage and kindness. He could not use weapons and had only played with a slingshot, but he did not retreat on the journey in the face of the danger that might killed him. He has a comfortable home, with its soft little bed, dainty food and beautiful landscapes, must have been a thousand times better than an adventure and a rough night, but he chose the latter. Because when he opened the door, all was open before him. Thorin was a born king, bold and brave, although he lost himself in the trap of the Arkenstones, he came to his senses at last, took up his duty as king of the dwarves, took up arms against the orcs and died finally. But in the end he thought Bilbo the Hobbit was his best friend.

The whole book is about kindness and loyalty. I think the most important thing about the whole book is that when you are in a confused, uncomfortable, sad situation, you think about that, and a corner of your heart immediately warms up and brightens. You can stay there for a while and bring peace to your mind. It is always the pure and small things that change the whole world because of their faith and persistence.

I think I've learned a lot from this book. I've learned from Bilbo that the world is so big that I have to go out and see a different world. In the face of friends, we should treat with the sincerest attitude. Bilbo may be a little man, but a little man could be a great man. So, never underestimate your own potential, because you never know how much potential you have inside of you.
